[ Phone ringing ]
NC: “Hello.”
AL: “Hello… Is this Nicholas Cryder? (sound of waves crashing in the background)
NC: “It sure is. You must be Anthony?”
AL: “ I am!”
NC: “ I hear we have some friends in-common - what can I do for you?”
AL: “Jack and I started a really cool company making wetsuits for Ocean Life Guards and things are coming together for us really fast, we think need brand help. Fast.”
NC: “I think know a lot about Guards. And I do something called Brand Sprints for guys just like you. How does next week sound to get everything squared away?”
AL: “Next week!? We can do everything in a week? We need a website makeover too.”
NC: “Yup. We’ll start on Monday AM, should be wrapped by Friday, I’ll send you a process outline and a proposal detailing how everything works.”
AL: “Let’s go!”
Spoler alert: We were wrapped up by Thursday afternoon. The guys went surfing on Friday. I took a nap in Montana. The company website is linked HERE.
Introducing Standard Issue Wetsuits:
BUILT FOR OCEAN RESCUE
It’s no secret that lifeguards are built different. They charge into heavy surf and put their lives on the line every day.
That’s just what the public sees from the beach or, God-forbid, the TV screen.
But is there is more to it?
Yes! It is the unseen things that makes Guards so unique and special. The countless hours of meticulous training, study and physical conditioning and their unflinching willingness to put everything on the line for someone they don't know (who might not even realize their peril) that makes them so different.
All of which begs the question: WHY?
The answer comes from a place of invisible personal sacrifice and commitment: they do it because its exactly what they are meant to do. And.. because they are “built for this.”
